Originally from the UK, I moved to Melbourne, Australia in September 2023.

Where do you ship from?

I recently invested in my own Epson A3+ fine art printer, so I am now producing and shipping all prints sizes A5-A3 from my home in Melbourne, meaning that shipping across Australia & New Zealand is now FREE! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide!

How much does shipping cost?

There will be an additional delivery charge added at checkout for all international print orders (any order shipping outside of Australia / New Zealand). When you spend £65+ international shipping for print orders is FREE!

From September 2025, shipping to the US will automatically include a small additional fee to cover the new customs / tariffs.

How do I order A2 prints?

I cannot currently produce prints larger than size A3 myself, but I am now fulfilling A2 print orders on a PRE-ORDER basis.

This means that my A2 prints are made-to-order and are not currently held in stock. At the end of each week, I place a batch order with my local supplier. Your print will then be produced and shipped to me before I can send it on to you. As a result, please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch and be aware that this process cannot be rushed.

Do you take commissions / custom requests?

Yes! I take commission requests for tablescape paintings only. You can submit a commission request form here and I will get back to you via email.

How long will print delivery take?

Delivery times range as some prints are now made to order. Typically, domestic print orders arrive within 10-14 days, often less. All orders are sent fully tracked so you can stay updated, but please bear in mind that you are shopping with a very small business run by human hands.

I recommend placing orders well in advance if you are hoping to receive it by a certain date e.g. if it’s for a gift.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate international delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so that you can keep an eye on its journey.

My print order hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?

You should be able to track your order using the long number that comes with your dispatch email (please check your junk inbox!) If you are unable to track your order and it’s been over 3 weeks, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist.

If you are an international customer, you might find further information using the tracking number via your own country’s postal service website.

I’ve not received a confirmation email, what shall I do?

Please double check that you enter your email correctly at checkout and please check your junk inbox as emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t see it, please get in touch.

My order has arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please get in touch with the courier directly where possible and lodge a complaint. You will need to provide your tracking number and photo evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, any delay or damage after the package has been sent out is out of my hands, although please keep me updated if you do experience any issues and I will do my best to help.

What size are your prints?

A5 = 14.85cm x 21cm (5.8 x 8.3”)

A4 = 21cm x 29.7cm (8.3 x 11.7”)

A3 = 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5”)

A2 = 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4”)
