Where are you based?

Originally from the UK, I moved to Melbourne, Australia in September 2023.

Where do you ship from?

I recently invested in my own fine art printer, so I will soon be producing and shipping all prints from my home in Melbourne, meaning that shipping across Australia & New Zealand is now FREE! 

Whilst I still have some UK stock left, if you order from one of my older collections, my lovely mom will be taking care of your order if you are based outside of Australia / New Zealand!

Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple packages if you order prints from different collections.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide!

Unfortunately, from the 18th August, I have chosen to PAUSE print sales to the US due to the changes on import taxes beginning from 29th August. I hope that this can change soon, when more info is available for small businesses!

How much does shipping cost?

There will be an additional delivery charge added at checkout for all international print orders (any order shipping outside of Australia / New Zealand or outside of the UK if you order from my UK stock). When you spend £65+ international shipping for print orders is FREE!

Why are your A2 prints out of stock?

I cannot currently produce prints larger than size A3 myself, but I am in the process of finding a quality printing company for my larger prints. I hope to have these available again soon!

When will your next collection be launching?

My next collection of original paintings ‘Table Textures’ will be launching here on my website on 20th November 2025 at 9pm (Melbourne) / 10am (UK). You can keep up to date via my socials @beckybodenpaints 👋

Do you take commissions / custom requests?

Yes! I take commission requests for tablescape paintings only. Unfortunately I am not taking new requests at the moment, but will reopen my commissions in 2026.

How long will print delivery take?

Delivery times range as some prints are now made to order. Typically, print orders arrive within 10-14 days, often less. All orders are sent fully tracked so you can stay updated, but please bear in mind that you are shopping with a very small business run by human hands.

I recommend placing orders well in advance if you are hoping to receive it by a certain date e.g. if it’s for a gift.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate international delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so that you can keep an eye on its journey.

My print order hasn’t arrived and it’s been 14 days+ what shall I do?

You should be able to track your order using the long number that comes with your dispatch email (please check your junk inbox!) If you are unable to track your order and it’s been over 2 weeks, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist.

If you are an international customer, you might find further information using the tracking number via your own country’s postal service website.

I’ve not received a confirmation email, what shall I do?

Please double check that you enter your email correctly at checkout and please check your junk inbox as emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t see it, please get in touch.

My order has arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please get in touch with the courier directly where possible and lodge a complaint. You will need to provide your tracking number and photo evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, any delay or damage after the package has been sent out is out of my hands, although please keep me updated if you do experience any issues and I will do my best to help.

What size are your prints?

A5 = 14.85cm x 21cm (5.8 x 8.3”)

A4 = 21cm x 29.7cm (8.3 x 11.7”)

A3 = 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5”)

A2 = 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5 x 23.4”)
